Discover: We set up a Discovery phone call or a Zoom call whatever works more convenient for you. During this call we will discuss the destination/s, your preferences and interests, travel style, vision for the trip and budget. This allows me to get to know you better and gather all details needed to help you to fulfill your dream trip. Depending on your needs, planning fees will be discussed. I’ll share more details about the trip planning process and will answer any questions you may have.
Create: Let the planning begin! I will work on your customized trip program and will send you a proposal with pricing via email. You will have time to review all details of the program and share your feedback. I will adjust the program according to your feedback, so the program will be flawless. Depending on the scope of your trip, my turn-around time may be anywhere from 48 hours to 1 week.
Secure: Once the program is finalized, I will start securing all travel arrangements and reservations for you – hotels, transfers, flights, tours and more. Deposits and payments are processed, and trip confirmations completed. I’ll ensure you are fully prepared for the trip. I will share insider tips for the destination, entrance visa and passport requirements, restaurant recommendations, interesting places to visit, packing lists and more.
Support: It is time to embark on your dream trip! I will send you details on how you can access your final documents for the trip, so you don’t need to worry about any PDFs or Excel sheet. I’ll be monitoring the progress of your trip behind the scenes to ensure everything goes seamlessly.
