I value comfort of my clients, that’s why I am here for you just an email, phone call or text away to answer your questions and help you with any concerns you may have. I developed a Travel App, which is available only to my clients. It helps you having all details together, day by day agenda, important details without worrying about having PDFs or searching for hundreds emails.

I believe that the highest purpose of any business has to lay in serving people at its best especially in the era with tons of fake or misleading information on the Internet. Therefore transparency is another key pillar in what I do. No hidden fees and surprises with prices and payments.

That’s why efficiency and attention to each detail lay in every trip I craft to ensure that you have all your questions answered, you have a structure of the trip, which easy to follow and you don’t need to worry about any minor detail for the trip.  

As we live in quite turbulent times with flight cancellations, schedule changes, boarder closures, new vis regulations, where everything changes so fast. The worst part is to be on your own when something like this happens. That’s why risk management is top of my priorities. I work as your liaison to take care of the issue. You have 24/7 my local support and full backup plan in case of any travel plan change.
